Nicola currently heads CRU’s Community division, which builds lifetime value for customers through sharing valuable information via newsletters and magazines, while simultaneously organising networking events.

Nicola has 30 years of experience in the B2B information sector, working in marketing as well as leading the strategy and growth of flagship events across metals, mining and fertilizers. Her expertise covers a range of formats including conferences, trade shows and managed events where she has worked with leading associations and organisations, developing high level content-led events.

Nicola has been instrumental in several CRU acquisitions over the years including Ryan’s Notes, Steel Market Update, RefComm and BCInsight where she was involved in both the due diligence process as well as integrating teams into the business.
