Aaron is a transformative, results-driven business leader with over 20 years of experience in sales and business development across commodity markets, ranging from energy to metals and mining.

Aaron has a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets across a range of industries, from leading software and data companies to major global commodity derivative exchanges. Key strengths include identifying structural changes needed to maximize enterprise value by delivering on change programs; extensive experience in restructuring functions, from sales and marketing teams to customer service teams, to unlock value; and proven leadership skills, having managed large global teams and expanded roles into new territories.

Before joining CRU, Aaron was VP of Sales, EMEA & APAC for Genscape, and was responsible for a sales team that covered all Genscape energy commodity products. Prior to this, Aaron worked in senior sales and business development roles for over a decade, leading commodity exchanges such as ICE and NYSE Liffe.
